New windows and doors improve comfort, cut energy bills and add long-term value to your home. Hale Windows Miami pairs proven product lines with our own installing crews for lasting performance - and a price we put in writing.
Choose your installer
The unit is half the job - the install is the other half. Our own background-checked crews measure, set, seal and insulate every opening, and they know the lines we quote inside and out because they install them every week.
Select the right products
Compare styles, materials and glass packages side by side until the fit is right for your rooms, your budget and your goals. The product-line comparison below is the place to start.
Prepare your home for install
Before install day we walk you through a short checklist - furniture pulled back, treatments down, a clear path to each opening - so install day is watch-it-happen, not scramble.

Meet the Miami Team Behind Hale Windows Miami
We’re a small crew by design. Window and door work in Miami demands people who understand salt air, hurricane code, and the way afternoon thunderstorms roll through without warning. The team at Hale Windows Miami has been built around that reality since 2009. Every person you’ll meet below is background-checked, identity-verified, and photo-badged before they ever set foot on your property. You’ll know their name and see their face before you open the door. That’s not a slogan. That’s how we run every job in Miami.
Our People
Marcus T., Lead Technician
Marcus has been installing windows and doors in Miami-Dade County for 14 years. He came up through the trades working on coastal condos in Brickell and single-family homes in Coconut Grove, which means he’s seen just about every frame rot pattern and salt-corrosion issue this climate can produce. Marcus holds certifications on PGT and CGI impact product lines, the two brands most of our Miami customers ask about when hurricane season planning starts. He’s the person who walks a job first, takes the measurements, and writes the scope of work. Outside of work, Marcus restores old fishing reels and has a standing Saturday morning routine at a tackle shop off Calle Ocho.
Elena R., Senior Installer
Elena joined Hale Windows Miami in 2016 after six years doing high-rise window replacements in downtown Miami and Edgewater. She specializes in retrofit installations, where an existing frame stays in place and a new window is fitted inside it. That’s a method that saves Miami homeowners real money when the rough opening is still sound, and Elena is the person on our crew who can tell you within minutes whether your home is a candidate. Her product depth runs through ES Windows and ECO Window Systems, two lines we specify often for modern homes in neighborhoods like the Upper East Side and Morningside. Elena is also our crew’s unofficial weather radar. If there’s a storm cell forming over the Everglades, she knows about it before the alerts go out.
Danielle S., Service Coordinator
Danielle is the voice on the phone when you call (786) 442-1123 to schedule an estimate or ask about a repair. She’s been with the Threshold Group family of brands since 2018 and with Hale Windows Miami specifically for the last four years. Her job is to get you a written price before any work begins, which means she coordinates measurements, product availability, and scheduling so nothing is left vague on the day of the job. Danielle knows the lead times on all eight brands we carry: PGT, CGI, CWS, ES Windows, ECO Window Systems, Mr-Glass, Therma-Tru, and ViewLux. If a specific window line is backordered, she’ll tell you in the first call, not the third. She grew up in Kendall and still lives there with a very opinionated rescue cat named Tuna.
Leo A., Apprentice Installer
Leo is the newest member of the crew, apprenticing under Marcus and Elena since 2024. He came to us from a carpentry background and is working through product-specific training on Therma-Tru entry doors and ViewLux window lines. On any given job, Leo is the person hauling materials, prepping openings, and learning the exact standards that go into a Miami-Dade compliant installation. He asks a lot of questions, which is exactly what we want from someone learning this trade. Leo was raised in Hialeah and plays in a Sunday-morning soccer league at Tropical Park. If you hear someone on the crew debating cafecito strength, that’s him.
One Standard, Every Job
Every person named above operates under the same rules. A written price is delivered before work starts, on every job, no exceptions. Every repair carries a written guarantee, and if the repair fails, the second visit is free. And every installation or repair falls under the 365-Day Done Right Promise: if it’s not right, we make it right, no argument needed. That promise is documented and stamped on every job we complete in Miami, from Coral Gables to Aventura and everywhere between. The crew you meet is the crew that does the work. We don’t subcontract the core installation to strangers, and we don’t send anyone to your home without you knowing their name and seeing their photo first. That’s the Threshold Standard, and it’s how we’ve operated in Miami since day one. When you call (786) 442-1123, a live person answers, and that person is usually Danielle. She’ll get you scheduled, and you’ll know exactly who to expect at your door.
